Room for the things that matter

One kitchen.
Fewer loose ends.

A focused place for the everyday jobs that are easy to lose between shifts.

01 / CHECK

Know what’s been done.

Keep temperature readings, opening checks and cleaning tasks together, with a clear record of who did what.

02 / PREPARE

Set the next shift up.

Put prep quantities and supplier cut-offs in view, so the next person doesn’t have to piece the plan together.

03 / FOLLOW UP

Close the loop.

Keep equipment problems and corrective actions visible until someone has followed them through.

Keep the routine simple

From the first check
to the next handover.

01

Make it your kitchen.

Start with the equipment, checks and routines your team actually uses.

02

Work through the day.

See what’s due, record the check and add any action that needs taking.

03

Hand over with clarity.

Leave the next shift a clear view of unfinished prep and open issues.

Start with your own routines and limits. This early-access service supports record keeping; it does not certify food safety compliance.

Ask Jack a question ↗

Can I start using KitchenStride today?

You can create an account, verify your email and set up a kitchen. This is an early-access service: keep your existing records while you evaluate it.

How much will it cost?

Pricing has not been confirmed for this rebuild. Ask about early access and we’ll explain the available arrangement before you commit. This preview takes no payment details.

Will this replace my food safety procedures?

KitchenStride is intended to help organise records and follow-up. Your kitchen still needs its own appropriate procedures, trained staff and actual checks. The preview does not certify compliance.

Does it send orders to my suppliers?

No. The planned supplier tools help track cut-offs and record your team’s confirmation. You place and confirm orders through your usual supplier channel.

Where does information entered here go?

The interactive example stays on this page and resets when you reload. There is no account form or tracking service on this homepage. Contact buttons open your email app; an email is sent only when you choose to send it.
